What can I expect on my first Visit?

First time patients

As a first time patient, you can expect to be greeted by our wonderful staff where they will determine whether you are a Wellness patient(W) or under a Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA).

Once the appropriate paperwork is filled out, you will be moved to our amazing X-ray room where you will have the opportunity to speak with Dr. Dean and share any comments, questions, or concerns.

After a thorough consult, Dr. Dean then determines the type of X-rays needed, along with a tailored treatment plan for your care.

  • You and your family will receive the same wonderful care from our clinic whether you have an attorney or not. If you do have an attorney helping your case, then Dr. Dean will send the narrative and x-ray reports to your attorney after care is completed to help expedite your case. If your case goes to court, Dr. Dean will act as an expert witness in your case in front of the jury.

  • Diagnostic X-rays are very important before your first treatment. EVERY patient is different, and in order to determine the cause of your symptoms, X-rays are required to identify spinal misalignment.

  • This process is very simple! Once you have reported an injury to your auto insurance ,they will then provide you a claim number to had to our clinic. Whether you have full coverage or liability, the policy rep will give you a claim number..

  • Our main focus is for our patient to walk out of their first visit feeling at least 20% better. Progress from there on out depends on the patient and how quickly their individual body is able to heal.
